The purpose of the Oil Linseed Medium is to dilute the consistency of the paste, improve flow and wetting, slow drying, increase the durability of the film and resistance to yellowing.

For layer paints, start with a stain, diluting only with Fine Rectified Turpentine, and then gradually increase the proportion of Oil Linseed Medium up to 50%.
